The Melbourne and Michael Folkes Foundation has helped me to gain confidence. It will help me to be more outstanding. But first of all I need to find God. With the MMFF I will achieve my goals. The MMFF will help me to be obedient, honest and independent. The MMFF will create a brighter tomorrow for me. The MMFF will help me to excel and have the potential to maximize in what I do. I believe it will help me to do Godly good. The Foundation will help me to know God and it means I will succeed in my work.

This Foundation was built to help students who attend Mt. Waddy. The Foundation will help the school with financial needs. The day Mighty in Character was launched we were treated with cake and ice-cream. We enjoyed ourselves. They took pictures of us, and we saw ourselves in the newspaper. MIC means a lot to me. It helps to motivate us to build moral values and to develop trust in God.
Who is Patchy
Who is Patchy? In short, Patchy IS “Mighty In Character.” Neither proud nor ashamed, he is a little boy, blessed beyond his wildest dreams, who chooses always to view his cup as half full instead of half empty.
He loves to share his positive outlook on life, as well as his many life lessons with others. In doing so, he hopes to become more enlightened. He hopes that by shining some light on life’s toughest issues and sprinkling those lessons with just a dash of humor, he can encourage others always to see even the negatives in life as opportunities to unearth the positives as well––and to live every single day Mighty In Character!
